JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The complainant is daughter-in-law of one Md. Idris Pamaria. Jahid Pamaria is said to be the brother of Md. Idris Pamaria. As per the complaint case, Idris Pamaria used to keep the money earned by him with Jahid Pamaria. The complainant, being daughter-in-law of Idris Pamaria demanded the said money so deposited with Jahid Pamaria by her father-in-law on the occasion of Bakrid upon which the accused persons, namely, Jahid Pamaria, Md. Siraj and Md. Jakir (these petitioners) and others assaulted the complainant and her husband variously. As has been noted above, the petitioners are sons of the Said Jahid Pamaria.

No.42644 of 2014 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of allegation and relationship between the parties, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Triveniganj PS case No. 163/2013 G. R. No. 1717/2013, subject to conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
