Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner:

"1. That the present writ petition is being preferred for appropriate direction to concern authority to consider and adjudicate her claims in terms of judicial orders passed by Hon'ble High Court in C.W.J.C. No. 19519/2010 on 23.06.2016 referring the finding recorded by Hon'ble High Court in case of Dr. Renu Pandey and Smt. Kalpna Rani (supra) reported in 2011 (4) PLJR 297 and 2014(2) PLJR 665 as the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14462 of 2018(2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 issue involved in this case are identical required to be considered and decided in same terms for all purposes." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Vaishali within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Vaishali within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
