2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., sister of the informant was married with co-accused Sandeep Kumar on 25.04.2025 and it is alleged that after the marriage, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by all the accused persons for dowry and lastly on 27.06.2025, the accused persons killed informant's daughter by

4. Petitioner no. 1 is elder brother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide, as she was not satisfied with the alleged marriage. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody since 01.07.2025 Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. In the post-mortem report, no external injury has been found on the person of deceased and cause of death has been opined to be Asphyxia, as a result of hanging.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran / concerned Court in connection with Bairiya P.S.
