JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is the son of the deceased. The husband of the petitioner is also son of the deceased. The allegation against the petitioner is that she and her husband killed the deceased.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no tangible materials against the petitioner, save and except suspicion. He further submits that the husband of the petitioner has been granted regular bail vide order dated 26.03.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37476 of 2013.
Taking into ambit and the circumstances that the petitioner is woman, in the event of arrest or surrender before the

No.42427 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2 / 2 court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S.
