The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs order/orders, commanding the respondent no-6 to not deduct any amount further from the salary of the petitioner which has been arbitrarily deducted from the salary of the petitioner from the month of May 2023 without any order, show cause or explanation stating the reason of said deduction.

B) For direction to the concern respondent authority to refund the deducted amount which has been arbitrary deducted without any rhyme and reason communicating to the petitioner for the said deduction."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13196 of 2023(3) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 respondent-State has referred to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, which though is not on record, to submit that the respondents have not taken any decision to deduct any amount from the salary of the petitioner, hence in case any amount has been deducted, the same would definitely be paid back to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed, accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
