This is an application for bail in connection with Patrakarnagar P.S.Case No. 329 of 2015, corresponding to G.R.No. 7823 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is still ready to keep his wife. However, this aspect of the matter has not been considered by learned lower court. Heard learned APP also.

Considering this aspect of the matter, let petitioner file an application for bail before the court concerned stating the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7076 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 aforesaid fact and the learned trial court after fixing the date shall call for both the parties for mediation and after observing conduct of the parties the court will pass an appropriate order within a period of three months with respect to the bail of the petitioner. With the above observations, this application is disposed of.
