Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan (Tilkeshwar O.P.) P.S. Case No.270 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 354, 506, 379, 385, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. He further submits that both parties have compromised the case as is evident from Annexure 2. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.60964 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan (Tilkeshwar O.P.) P.S. Case No.270 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
