2. The present petition has been filed with a simple prayer that a direction be given to respondent no.2 to dispose of the appeal, which is pending against the order of termination of the services of the petitioner since 16.09.2022.

3. In view of the limited prayer made in this petition, I direct the respondent no.1 to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order after giving ample opportunity of hearing to her or her counsel within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him.

4. It is made clear that in case of non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period, this Court may take serious view of the matter.
