This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406 and 323 of the Penal Code. The allegation is that the money was received by the petitioner and now he is neither executing the sale deed nor returning the money, which is a civil dispute. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Complaint Case No. 1381C of 2013 (Tr. No. 2300 of 2013)to the satisfaction of Sri N.P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran at Bettiah, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
