JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chiksaura P. S. Case No. 62 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 120B & 354 of the IPC and Section 67 of Information Technology Act.
Allegation against another accused is that some video message was sent to her mobile No. 626770084 from the mobile No. 8210078897 and 8544393206 and thereafter, petitioner has sent the same videos to her brother's mobile No. 9304154100 and also by Mobile No. 6205836747 and as such, petitioner has abated his brother to kill her.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is aged about 61 years and there was no any bad intention with regard to sending the videos. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Chiksaura P. S. Case No. 62 of 2019 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he will not try to tamper with the evidence or to threaten the informant or his family members.
