Co-accused, Akil @ Md. Akil as well as Sabbu @ Md. Sabbu, having been in similarly situated circumstance, have already been granted bail vide Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 785/2016 (Annexure-8), consequent thereupon, appellants, namely, 1. Shakil @ Md. Shakil @ Shakil Ahmad, 2. Saidul @ Saidur Rahman and

3. Idrish @ Md. Idris are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Kishanganj in Bahadurganj PS Case No. 157/2016 after setting aside order dated 03.01.2017 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST, Kishanganj.

As such, the instant appeal is allowed.
