The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that on 13.07.2019, at about 9 P.M., informant was ploughing his filed through tractor. In the meantime, petitioners having rifle, gun and country made pistol reached there and demanded Rs.1,00,000/- as ransom. When the informant made protest then they started to abuse and opened fire upon him with intention to kill but the informant anyhow save himself and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 3 is own brother of informant and petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are relatives of

No.59319 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 petitioner no. 3 and due to land dispute in between informant and petitioner no. 3, some hot talk was exchanged in between both parties but with ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Further submission is that regarding the same occurrence, Rajpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 is also instituted on the basis of written report of wife of petitioner no.3. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
