ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 A Supplementary Affidavit has been filed stating therein that the Petitioner earns about Rs.8000/- per month. In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 27.1.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.1321C of 2012 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna on condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each date if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
