Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order dated 10th December, 2007, passed in CWJC No.3164 of 2006, an L.P.A., bearing L.P.A. No.1069 of 2012, has been filed. The said L.P.A. has reached its finality and has been allowed thus upsetting the order under contempt.
