The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case no. 72 of 2017, registered under Sections 467, 468, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner along with 11 others named in the F.I.R. were not entitled to get benefit of Indira Awash Yojna, but, fraudulently, they obtained Rs. 37,500/- under the said scheme. Thereafter, Block Development Officer issued notices to deposit the aforesaid amount, but they did not return the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner and 11 others are named in the F.I.R., but they come under the category of weaker section as such they have

No.56185 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 been provided Rs. 37,500/- under the Indira Awas Yojana, but after election, when new Mukhiya was elected then he made complaint on which basis the present case had been lodged. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
