2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 379 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the F.I.R., the allegation against this petitioner is that he, along with other co-accused persons, forcibly entered into the house of the informant, abused her, caught hold of her hand and tried to molest her. It is further alleged that they have also snatched her gold chain and mangalsutra.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are next-door neighbours and due to a dispute
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60988 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 regarding drainage, the present false and fabricated case has been instituted. It is further submitted that after investigation police has submitted charge-sheet under Sections 452, 354(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent, and other circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M 1st Class, Aurangabad (Bihar), in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
