2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2022 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he injured the son of the informant with arrow and farsa.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is a case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that both the parties are agnates and there is a land dispute between the parties. The injury is found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) ashutosh/- U T
