No. 17670 of 2017 and other analogous cases.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, the present writ petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 17.07.2018 and the University is directed to grant same and similar reliefs to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today.
