====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that there is general and omnibus allegation against 11 named persons to have fired at the son of the informant. Three injuries were noticed on the person of the injured. One eyewitness Mukesh Kumar stated that co-accused Anand Rai and Rekesh Rai had caused the injury. Some other co-accused have been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 11.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23307 of 2019, order dated 20.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33215 of 2019 and order dated 16.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32461 of 2019 (Annexure-2 series).

No.56935 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buxar Town Police Station Case No. 64 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
