JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 883 dated 24.12.2011 passed in Case No.41/2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
