2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 189(4), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 329(4), 74, 109, 352, 351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on 31.03.2025 at 8 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, variously armed, entered the house of informant and started

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59514 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 2/3 abusing, when informant objected, they tried to outrage her modesty and when her family members came to her rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Specific accusation of assault and attempt to outrage modesty of informant is against other accused persons. Petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 5 are only alleged to be members of the mob and were only present at the place of occurrence. There is absolutely no allegation of overt act against them. Allegation against petitioner no. 4 that he along with other accused persons assaulted Resho Yadav, Dilkhush Yadav, Amit Yadav and Vikash Yadav which is general and omnibus. Case and counter case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
