Case No.338 of 2015 dated 24.11.2015 registered under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, the instant application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the order dated 05.09.2016 passed in A.B.P. No.1126 of 2016 by the learned Session Judge, Sitamarhi has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
