In view of the show cause filed by the opposite party no.4, it appears that the order under contempt has been complied with. Accordingly, this Court need not proceed further in the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, urges that the SLP may have been preferred against the order of the Jharkhand High Court. Such a scene/details of the case has not been made available on the record.
