ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-09-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of representation dated 30.10.2024 addressed to the respondent No. 5 herein (i.e., the Block Supply Officer, Bankatwa Block, East Champaran), the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 5 to consider the same and take necessary actions strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavor to redress the grievance of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible

In case the authority seeks any clarification from the petitioner, he shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of clarifying the same. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.
