The petitioner is accused in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(a)/57 of the Bihar Excise(Amendment) Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 133 bottles of liquor each containing 180 ml and 18 bottles of liquor each containing 375 ml beneath the chauki in the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.11.2016.
