The order dated 24.03.2011 passed by the trial Judge in T.S. No. 86 of 2001 is under challenge whereby the trial court decided to proceed with the case in which issue of valuation was also to be examined/considered.

This Court does not find any patently illegality and/or perversity in such consideration of the matter by the trial court. The application is dismissed.
