JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 20.01.2012, contained in Memo No. 25 dated 23.01.2012, passed in Appeal No. 1559/11 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur.
Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.11341 of 2012 (4) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
