JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be 'Sautan' of the deceased and it is alleged that petitioner and her husband committed the murder of the deceased by pressing her neck but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner used to quarrel with the deceased, as a result of which the deceased committed suicide. Moreover, after investigation police found the case true under section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
