JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not being paid his salary on account of laches on the part of the Block Education Officer, Respondent No.5 and his salary has been withheld for the last 11 months. It is further submitted that the petitioner has filed representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya but the same has not been disposed of. In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya, respondent No.

2, along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today and the District Magistrate, Gaya shall thereafter dispose of the same within a further period of two weeks and whatever amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within a further period of four weeks thereafter.
