2. The present application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. registered as Hajipur P.S. Case No. 296 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Mr. Rajesh Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued the case and submitted that the petitioner is a lady ans she is not involved in the suicide of the deceased. He wants quashing of the F.I.R.

4. The F.I.R. cannot be quashed considering the defence of the petitioner.
