2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 386, 387, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 18.12.23 at 12:20 PM, while informant was going to Sitamarhi Sonbarsa, on the way all the F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped him and started assaulting him and demanded ransom. It is alleged that the apprehended persons disclosed name of this petitioner who allegedly fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who was apprehended on the spot. No
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63417 of 2024(3) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of petitioner and he has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P. S. Case No. 542 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
