JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is husband of the complainant. This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2016. He is willing for restoration of conjugal life.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014. The court below shall take all endeavours for restoration of conjugal life between the parties. If the petitioner is found not co-operative, then the provisional bail may be cancelled by the learned court
