Petitioners are accused in connection with Majhauli P.S. Case No. 186 of 2015 registered under Sections 406,420,467, 468 and 471/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that the petitioners are relative of the co-accused and have no connection with the alleged transaction of money. They are in custody since 11.12.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4233 of 2017 (3) dt.03-04-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 186 of 2015.
