Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) Issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents especially Respondent No. 4 & 5 to take final decision on the representation (Annexure-2 to 4 series) and cancel the settlement of New Hari Vatika Bus Stand Canteen and further to refund the amount deposited by the petitioner as neither the work order was provided and moreover due to Pandemic of COVID-19 it was not possible

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the respondent no. 5 Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Bettiah, to pass order on the representation filed by the petitioner. In view of the above, respondent no. 5 Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Bettiah, is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order passed by this Court.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
