2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016 passed in CWJC No. 17490 of 2011.

Patna High Court MJC No.3462 of 2016 dt.05-09-2018 2/2 parties, Annexure-R-1/C whereof being an order dated 09.08.2018 discloses that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 3462 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case she is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, she may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
