The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018 (G.R. No. 762 of 2018), registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 72954 of 2018 vide order dated 21.01.2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 16272 of 2019 vide order dated 02.05.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56092 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018 (G.R. No. 762 of 2018) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
