2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(c), 22(c) of NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, 640 bottles of cough syrup, 100 ml each, was recovered from the vehicle of petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material was recovered from his conscious possession. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 02.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after five months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
