The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioner killed the sister of the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is an old lady. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Except for suspicion, there is no other
