Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.22 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The specific allegation is against co-accused Jai Ram Mukhiya and Hakim Mukhia. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62762 of 2022(3) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
