Misc.No. 49156 of 2017, in the 8th line of fourth paragraph there is typographical error as the words "even assuming" have been left out, in the sentence started with "it is also submitted so the 8th line of the 4th paragraph of the order dated 30.03.2018 be read as "it is also submitted even assuming for the argument sake that ......... in the examination".

Accordingly, the said order stands modified.
