As agreed, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to furnish detailed calculation chart under each head to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. The petitioner shall thereafter have liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 4 with regard to any error either in the calculation or denial of any amount under any head within the next three weeks. If such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 4 shall look into the same and pass appropriate orders. He shall ensure that if any further payments

Patna High Court CWJC No.11904 of 2012 dt.23-11-2015 2/2 are required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within the next three weeks.

The Court would like to clarify that with regard to the recommendation of the 6th Pay Revision, if admissible and payable, the unpaid amount remaining with the respondent no. 2 shall be paid to the petitioner without any delay within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 4.
