It is submitted by the learned special Public Prosecutor for the State that cognizance under section 147, 341 , 323 , 307, 427, 504 and 149 of IPC and 3 ( i ) (r ) ( s ) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act has already been taken against this appellant and as such , the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the appellant is not maintainable . In this regard, reliance is placed in the case of Bachu Das Vs. State of Bihar and others, reported in (2014) 3 Supreme Court Cases 471. 3 . In view of the aforesaid pronouncement of law rendered by Hon'ble the Supreme Court, appellants' prayer of
