The accusation of attempt to commit rape is against co-accused, Birju Sahani and so far as petitioner is concerned; it is only stated that after the occurrence, when the informant made complaint to him, he abused and assaulted her. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
