The Petitioner seeks bail in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.130 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
It is alleged that huge quantity of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. Seizure list was prepared in presence of independent witnesses. From the seizure list, it appears that although it is alleged that foreign liquor have been recovered from the house of this petitioner, but there is no signature of any of the family members of the petitioner and/or of this petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.130 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
