The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aadapur P.S. Case No.02/17 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

The accusation is that the petitioner and one coaccused Bhulawan Mian were apprehended by the police with bag. On search of their bag 48 bottles each containing 300 ml. of Tara Saufi Nepali country made wine were recovered.
