JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-07-2018 This writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector on 19.05.2018 directing the petitioner to submit a bank guarantee of Rs.4,00,000/- for release of the vehicle in question in pursuance to the order passed by us on 03.04.2018 in CWJC No.6187 of 2018. The valuation of the vehicle, as is indicated in document filed by the petitioner available from page 30 onward, clearly shows that when the vehicle was purchased in the month of December, 2016, the vehicle was valued at Rs.8,02,035/- and if that be the value of the vehicle, the order passed by the District Magistrate seeking bank guarantee to the half tune of the vehicle

Patna High Court CWJC No.13934 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 i.e. Rs.4,00,000/- is a reasonable order and we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. The petition stands disposed of.
