ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019 in connection with Bagha P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation is that the petitioner was trying to sell liquor and that 25 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from her possession, the same is wholly misconceived as the petitioner was only present there and has nothing to do with the same liquor. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has clean antecedents, let
