Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioner had got job of Panchayat Teacher by producing forged marksheet whereon there was cutting and overwriting.
Submission of the petitioner is that the marksheet at page 44 would reveal that there is no cutting or overwriting therein and the same is a genuine marksheet as a result whereof the petitioner is still doing the job.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6656 of 2017 (4) dt.27-03-2017 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal/Successor Court, in connection with Kinjer P.S. Case No.81 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
