Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is also present.

In pursuance of the earlier direction, the petitioner was asked to appear in Chamber and the opposite party no. 2 was also asked to come with her child. Though, the opposite party no. 2 is present with her child but petitioner has not appeared once again having been granted interim benefit. The petitioner is playing tricks with the opposite party no. 2 who has once again been deserted from her matrimonial home.

In view of the recalcitrant attitude of the petitioner, let the order dated 20.04.2016 granting interim benefit to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42050 of 2014 (15) dt.18-01-2017 petitioner be revoked.
