2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner kidnapped minor daughter of the informant on 4.12.2023. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., prayer for
